Asphalt horse hoof grease crushed stone mixture (SMA), also known as road flocculent wood fiber, is a new type of asphalt mixture that has emerged internationally in recent years. It is composed of asphalt, fiber stabilizer, mineral powder, and a small amount of fine aggregate. SMA is filled with asphalt horse hoof grease to fill the gaps in the coarse aggregate skeleton with intermittent gradation. Lignin fiber, as an important component of SMA, not only has the function of adsorbing asphalt, but also has the function of reinforcing and stabilizing, which improves the high-temperature stability of the mixture to a certain extent. Research results show that wood fiber plays an important role in the performance of SMA mixture, especially in the resistance to rutting
